Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It is set up to tell us which pages are read and which links are followed — not who you are.

Google Analytics sets cookies and may use other identifiers to recognise a returning browser. Our measurement identifier is G-DPSC6BXLBV.

What this records:

• the pages you visit on this site, and in what order
• roughly where you are, at city level, worked out from your network
• the kind of device and browser you are using
• how you arrived — a search engine, a social media link, or typing the address
• when you follow a link through to our online booking page

What it does not record: your name, your email address, your phone number, anything you type into the enquiry form, and anything about your health or your appointments.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share this information with anyone for advertising.

Google processes this data on our behalf. You can read Google’s privacy policy, and you can stop it collecting anything from your browser with Google’s opt-out add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies; this website works normally if you do.

The enquiry form

If you send us a message through the form on this site, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type in, and the service you select. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.

The form is handled by Netlify, who host this website. Your message is stored with them and emailed to the clinic.

Please do not include health information in the form. It is not a secure channel and it is not monitored for urgent or emergency matters. If something is urgent, call us, call 811, or go to your nearest emergency department.

Booking an appointment

Our Book buttons take you to our online booking site, which runs on Jane — practice management software used by many Canadian clinics. Once you are there, you are on Jane’s system, not this website.

Anything you enter to make a booking — your name, contact details, the appointment you choose — is collected by Jane and held in the clinic’s record. Jane publishes its own privacy policy.

Our analytics can see that someone followed a link from this website to the booking site. It does not see what you book, who you are, or anything you enter there.

Your clinical records

This policy covers the website. Your health records — assessments, treatment notes, anything discussed in an appointment — are separate, and are kept by the clinic under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act and the rules of each practitioner’s regulatory college.

For questions about those records, including seeing or correcting them, contact the clinic directly on (647) 571-2453.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to blossomhealthclinic@gmail.com and we will respond.

You can block analytics entirely using the opt-out link above, or your browser’s cookie settings.

Changes to this page

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. This version is dated 8 October 2026.
