Summary

Psychotherapy and counselling at Blossom Wellness Clinic in Orangeville, Ontario, with Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). A free 15-minute consultation is available if you want to talk before committing to a session. Individual counselling is bookable in 50- or 75-minute appointments, in person or online.

The treatment

What happens in a counselling session?

A first session is largely a conversation: what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you would like to be different. You do not need to have it organised in your head beforehand. Bringing the question is enough.

From there you and your therapist agree how to work together and roughly what that looks like. Sessions are confidential, within the limits your therapist will explain at the start. If it becomes clear that a different kind of support would serve you better, they will say so and help you find it.

Choosing

Which counselling appointment fits what you are looking for?

Counselling here is booked as an individual appointment of 50 or 75 minutes, in person or online, at the same fee either way. A free 15-minute consultation is available first if you would like to discuss the fit before booking.

Still deciding? Send us a question and describe it in a sentence — we would rather point you to the right appointment than have you book the wrong one.
